Justin Hai
President & CEO
Justin is a purist who practices and preaches classical design theory and is seen in the professional world as a creative enthusiast and entrepreneurial product development specialist.
He is responsible for many designs seen in the market place today ranging from state of the art residential products at Dacor, integrated technology platforms for the BMW 5 Series, commercial pharmaceutical automation equipment and Interactive Patient Care Systems. He has worked with start-ups and fortune 500 companies, including but not limited to Walt Disney Company, Universal Studios, BMW, Dacor, Honda, ddn Corp, Hot Springs, Sunrider, Alesis, Yamaha, 360 Systems, Oxo, J.P.Morgan Chase, UCLA, Apple Computers and many more.
Justin has helped companies raise venture and angel capital as well as obtain successful exits. He is an Industrial Design graduate of Rhode Island School of Design (honors) and an MBA graduate of Pepperdine University. He has been invited to attend design teams at Yale School of Medicine, where he was awarded with the DARPA design award of excellence for his work on the international space station, MIT Sloan School of Management and Harvard Business School.
