Tom Gaasch
Vice President of Engineering
Tom Gaasch is a Mechanical Engineer, who over the past 17 years has been implementing simple efficient designs from concept through production. He has designed and directed an array of projects from simple tooling to large scale multi axis robotic machinery for the semiconductor, medical and consumer markets.
Tom's experience with Fortune 500 companies such as Intel, Texas Instruments, K-mart, as well as start-ups has enabled him to be sensitive to the common business issues, such as budget constraints, time to market, production efficiencies and value engineering. Tom's consistent no non-sense approach to solve difficult technical issues has been rewarded with multiple design patents and un-compromised client success.
Tom Gaasch and Justin Hai have been working together since 2004.
