Virginia Howard
Project Manager
Virginia has been a project manager for top architecture firms in the Los Angeles area for the past eleven years. Virginia provides clients with her extensive range of experience in construction project management, budgeting, move management and coordination activities as well as a strong knowledge of systems furniture, building codes, construction documents, working with vendors and strategic planning for facilities. More recently she has worked with CB Richard Ellis and Jones Lang LaSalle. Her earlier work experience includes Gensler NY, HOK and Cannon Design, both located in Los Angeles.
Virginia’s partial client list includes: Wellpoint Health Networks, Sears Tower, Unicare Insurance, Blue Cross of California, IBM eBusiness Services, International Training University, MTV Film Productions Offices, Blue Cross of Missouri, Paramount Pictures, St. John’s Health Center, Healthlink, Affiliated Health Insurance, Grant Thornton, Xircom, Tarzana Hospital and many more.
Virginia Howard holds and Interior Architecture degree from the Rhode Island School of Design and is LEED certified in environmentally sound building practices. Virginia is a member of the Project Management Institute, the American Society of Interior Design and International Interior Design Association as well as a nationally licensed Interior Designer.
Virginia Howard and Justin Hai have worked together since 1995.
